Created and hosted by London talk-show personality Jim Chapman, Left, Right, and Center was launched on Sept. 10, 1997, and aired live from the studios of 1290 CJBK in London Ontario, as a weekly Wednesday feature of his regular three-hour-a-day show Talk of The Town. Regulars Jeff Schlemmer (a lawyer with Neighbourhood Legal Services) represented the 'left,' while Robert Metz (President of the Freedom Party of Ontario) represented the 'right.' In 2006 the show moved to 94.9 CHRW and eventually ended its run on Apr 11, 2007. At the request of CHRW and in the absence of spokesmen for the 'left' and 'center,' Robert Metz launched Just Right the following Thursday.
Occasional fill-ins for the regulars were hosts: Dan Gall, Tom McConnell, Tom Gosnell, Jack Burghardt, Karen Murray, Eddie Matthews, and Dawn Kelly. On the right: Robert Vaughan, Lloyd Walker, and Danielle Metz. On the left: Marion Boyd, Gil Warren, Elena Dempsey, Andrew Bolter, Susan Eagle, Jim Reid, Sandra McNee, and James MacMillan
