Trump Access Hollywood

To say that Donald Trump was treated unfairly, unjustly, and disrespectfully during the second US presidential debate would be a gross understatement. Yet many disagree.

Even though the debate was among the most watched in American history (thanks to the presence of Trump) the vast majority of people nevertheless did not watch it. They are unfortunately relying on what they read and hear in the mainstream media – commentaries and reactions that would suggest that the media itself did not watch the debate.

From Globe and Mail columnist John Doyle’s “douchey” review of Donald Trump’s performance, to the myriad of distracted progressives in the media, journalism’s abandonment of its traditional function and status as the “fourth estate” appears all but over. Today’s mainstream “journalists” are increasingly dedicated to misinformation, disinformation, unbridled emotional frenzy and hatreds, and above all, dedicated to lies disguised as “facts.” That’s why Hillary Clinton loves “fact checking.” She knows that “facts” are the best way to obscure truths.

Like flies that keep banging their heads against the glass they cannot see, progressives of the left and right alike find themselves banging their heads against a force they refuse to see: the forces of reality about to visit their agendas of unreality. In this presidential election, Donald Trump represents that force.

Win or lose on November 8, Donald Trump came out the winner on October 9, after his compelling performance during the second US presidential debate. Most importantly, Trump demonstrated a focus on the right agenda for America to move forward. His agenda – from Obamacare to what to do in Syria – is being purposely obscured by petty and irrelevant distractions.

In this and every election, the media always calls the shots: their lies (“facts”) trump what really matters.

As with Donald Trump, to say that the “four Western-shirted young men” pictured in front of their “Western Lives Matter” homecoming celebration sign were treated unfairly, unjustly, and disrespectfully by both the media and Western University’s Student Council alike, would be a gross understatement.

“Equating the upheaval of the homecoming date change to the black lives matter movement, which represents years of pain, oppression, and violence, is the epitome of ignorance and privilege and it essentially belittles their entire movement.” So declared president of Western University Students’ Council Eddy Avila in a startlingly threatening and sinister video posted on line.

Speaking on behalf of Western University’s Equity and Human Rights Services, Avila made a clear statement of his support for Black Lives Matter, while he and others on campus have made it known that “freedom of speech” must take a back seat to their brand of political correctness. They are even calling for an “anti-racism task force” to be set up on a municipal government level in the City of London!

Chillingly, anyone opposed to Black Lives Matter will not be tolerated on campus.

“‘To be clear, our community standards are such that there’s no room for hate and hate crimes,’ said Jana Luker, associate vice-president of student experience at Western University, who calls (the Western Lives Matter sign) racist,” reported the London Free Press on October 6.

To any objective observer, Black Lives Matter is itself a racist terror group, and operates much like other terrorist groups, including ISIS. If not already under observation, its declared supporters should be placed on a terrorist watch list, just as any known ISIS supporters are.

Small wonder that Just Right was unceremoniously and unjustly ‘suspended’ from its long running history of weekly broadcasts on CHRW 94.9 FM in London. The station is owned by the University Students’ Council whose current elected representatives are now openly declaring their opposition to freedom of speech and who will not tolerate any disagreement with their progressive totalitarian causes.

Because we believe that individual rights matter to everyone, irrespective of race or colour, we must acknowledge that “Black Lives Matter” actually does “matter”. It serves as the latest example of racism and intolerance (against whites) that collectivist ideologies consistently breed. It is a movement – like all forms of collectivist irrationality – that needs to be morally and politically condemned, not supported. To do so is Just Right.
